Homeowners witnessed large ice chunks measuring up to seven centimeters in some areas. Weather authorities confirmed that multiple regions across the state had been impacted by large hailstones.

State Emergency Services handled 598 calls for help across the state, primarily for structural issues but also for fallen timber and water accumulation.

At one point on the previous day, more than twenty-eight thousand electricity consumers in Victoria were lacking electricity.

Damp conditions were predicted to continue along large portions of the state's eastern regions this next several days as a weather pattern continued to draw in moisture against the coast.
The following day was expected to become the heaviest precipitation period, with continued storm activity expected across different parts of both regions.
Health Warning
Medical authorities cautioned that there was an greater possibility of thunderstorm-induced asthma across the northern rural areas, especially given the ongoing climate situation.
